Design research project around shopping.
This project had the purpose of finding out and understanding problems for people around shopping.
It served as the basis for designing a business model and software product at Deebbler, one of the startups that I co-founded in the past.
This research was mainly based on the approaches exposed by Ash Maurya in their book Running Lean (problem, solution and MVP interviews, smoke test offers, A/B tests, concierge MVP’s, etc.).
This was a research effort carried out along several years. As a result of it we managed to refine our business model, strategy, marketing and product design.
